At Aletheia Academy, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow every step of the way. Our mission is to provide a place where children can explore, learn, and play in a loving and safe atmosphere. Our History

Aletheia Academy was founded in 2012 by Aletheia Fellowships Inc., a non-profit ministry. We opened our doors with the goal of creating a childcare center that would provide a unique and enriching experience for children aged 2 to 6. Our center is located in the Mills River area, right next to Glenn Marlow Elementary, and we are committed to expanding our services as we continue to grow.

Our Approach

We take a holistic approach to childcare, focusing on the development of the whole child. Our curriculum integrates principles from proven educational methods such as Creative, Bank Street, Waldorf, and Montessori. We believe in the importance of play-based learning and provide a variety of activities designed to stimulate curiosity and creativity. Our staff is trained to nurture not just academic skills but also emotional intelligence, social skills, and physical well-being.

Nutrition and Exercise

We understand the importance of nutrition and exercise for young children. Our menu is designed by our Director, Kelly Hardin, who holds a BS in Health and Nutrition Science. We provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, ensuring that children are well-nourished throughout the day. Additionally, we ensure that children have at least 1 hour of outdoor time daily, incorporating activities like dancing, games, and yoga to keep them active and engaged.

Cost and Payment Options

Our tuition is $250 per week per spot, with no discounts for attendance. We also charge a one-time registration fee of $100. We accept various payment methods including Debit/Credit Cards, Checks, Zelle, and PayPal.
