Our Approach

Our Story
Bounce Back Fitness was founded by Phillip Clermont, a physical therapist with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford. With a passion for creativity and a vision to break away from the norms of fitness, Phillip created Bounce Back Fitness to provide a unique and personalized approach to fitness training. Our mission is to help individuals overcome their physical limitations and achieve optimal fitness, flexibility, and strength.
