Management Issues
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the management style at Cadillac Jack's and Watiki Waterpark. Ben Is, a former employee, claims that the manager never bothered to ask other staff members to cover shifts, resulting in him having to miss classes. He also alleges that the manager forgot about an agreed-upon arrangement for his college schedule and fired him due to his absence. Another reviewer, Jordan Staub, claims that the company fired over a dozen people to allow another business to reopen, expecting current workers to supply and work for the new company.
Disappointing Job Experience
Many reviewers have shared negative experiences as employees. M. S. was hired for a full-time position but was given part-time hours and expected to work 6-7 days a week. Angelica Rose was laid off twice from two different hotels in 90 days after being promised a full-time job. Ben Is mentioned that he was also laid off due to his manager's mistake.
Problems with Waterpark
Bev Camel claims that Cadillac Jack's is not addressing chlorine burns that required EMS at Watiki Park. Stephanie Bowman reports being pushed and assaulted by employees at Watiki Waterpark and claims that the manager did not intervene or ask the employees to leave.
Contrasting Experiences
However, some reviewers have had positive experiences with the company. Keshia Buffalo expresses appreciation for the company's willingness to give second chances, and Morgan Arthur and Cerrie Bierwagen praise the company's leadership and opportunities for growth. Clover Van Ausdell had a great stay at Watiki Waterpark.
