Meet Our Executive Staff

Sonny Silao, our Executive Director, has over 33 years of engineering experience. He is a master in his field, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Santo Thomas in Manila, Philippines. Sonny has 25 years of experience working with various government agencies in the Bay Area, including the SFPUC, SFUSD, DPW, Parks Recreation, BART, SFO, and the Port of San Francisco. He is also certified in Federal OSHA Health and Training and Abestos Abatement.
