About the Owner

Dominic Vicari, the owner and head trainer at Motivate Personal Fitness Academy, embodies the core values of our business: passion for fitness, dedication to client success, and a commitment to continuous learning. Dominic himself is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist (OES), holding the highest certifications offered by the American Council on Exercise. His expertise extends to TRX training, where he has achieved a "Level 3 Certification" - a distinction held by only 1% of personal trainers nationwide. Dominic is continually seeking to expand his knowledge and skills, currently studying to become a Medical Exercise Specialist and a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp.

Dominic's commitment to a healthy lifestyle is evident in his daily life. When he's not at the academy, you'll find him hiking in the stunning Sierra Nevada mountains, pursuing his passion for photography, or enjoying time with good friends. His dedication to living a balanced and active life serves as an inspiration to all of our clients.

Youth Training
