Who Am I?

As a personal trainer, I understand the importance of adapting to the needs of each individual client. I've worked extensively with post-rehabilitation patients and have spent over 15 years applying corrective exercise techniques to enable the body to work in a more balanced state. My expertise lies in helping clients overcome injuries, joint pain, and muscle imbalances, allowing them to achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.
