Protecting What Matters Most, One Policy at a Time.
Our Philosophy
At Ballestrini's Child Care Centers, we are dedicated to providing each child with a high standard of quality care within a nurturing group setting. We believe that a child's development flourishes when they are surrounded by positive influences, supportive role models, and a balance of structured learning opportunities and creative exploration. Our teaching staff is committed to creating a positive first school experience for every child, fostering their overall well-being and preparing them for future educational success.
We achieve this through a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encompasses various key areas such as math, reading readiness, science, social studies, technology, creative arts, free play, and health. Our engaging activities are designed to stimulate learning and growth in a way that is both appealing and exciting for young minds. The core of our philosophy lies in creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow, striving to be their "Home Away From Home."
Hours of Operation and Staffing
Our centers are open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing convenient hours for working parents. We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio, ensuring individual attention and personalized care.
Children under three years old benefit from a meticulously cared-for environment with a ratio of 1:4, while children over three years old up to age twelve enjoy a ratio of 1:10, allowing for both group interactions and focused individual attention.
Our teachers and staff are experienced, dedicated, and passionate about early childhood education. Each member of our team is first aid and CPR certified, rigorously screened, and subject to background checks.
We prioritize ongoing training and professional development to ensure our staff remains at the forefront of best practices in early childhood care and education.
Promoting Open Communication
We believe in transparency and open communication between parents and teachers. We operate with an open-door policy, encouraging parents to visit and engage with their child's learning environment at any time.
Daily communication between parents and teachers ensures that you are informed about your child's progress, activities, and any noteworthy observations.
We also offer optional parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child's development in greater detail and jointly create strategies to support their individual needs. Our commitment to parental involvement extends to offering opportunities for parents to chaperone field trips, further enriching their child's learning experiences.
