Our Story

At The Children's Workshop, our mission is to provide high-quality care and education to infants and young children from urban, low-income communities throughout Rhode Island and surrounding towns. As a nonprofit organization, we have been dedicated to this goal for over 32 years, proudly offering a range of programs and services designed to support the growth, development, and education of our young students.

Our Programs

Our comprehensive programs are designed to foster a love of learning in children from infancy to school age. We offer infant and toddler care, preschool and pre-K programs, school age programs, summer programs, and back-up care services. Our curriculum is tailored to meet the unique needs of each age group, with a focus on early education and age-appropriate materials to give our students a head start in their academic journey.

At The Children's Workshop, we value the importance of providing a safe, warm, and inviting environment for our students to learn and grow. We prioritize the development of math and reading skills, and our dedicated caregivers are committed to delivering excellent learning programs.
