What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and mental awareness. It focuses on your core and kicks your whole body into gear, training you how to use your muscles effectively. At The Fitz, we offer a signature workout that is based on the holistic principles of Pilates but also emphasizes strength training and cardio elements for a unique, athletic, and highly effective workout.
Is Pilates for Me?
Absolutely, Pilates is for everyone. It's designed to meet you at any fitness level, whether you're a fitness fanatic, a regular gym-goer, or just starting out. Our classes are created to accommodate most fitness types, styles, and schedules.
