Communication and Maintenance
The reviews highlight significant issues with communication and maintenance at the apartment complex. One reviewer, Michelle Burnett, praised the staff for being helpful and accommodating in resolving late fee issues. However, others had a vastly different experience.
Juan Arcila, Deisy Lopez, and Adam Ochoa all expressed frustration with the difficulty of getting maintenance and repairs done. Arcila reported that it was a nightmare to get anyone to respond to his requests, while Lopez claimed that maintenance was a joke and that they continued to put band-aids on problems rather than addressing the root issues. Ochoa also mentioned that the property management was slow to respond to concerns and that maintenance was inadequate.
Living Conditions

Deisy Lopez described her apartment as the "WORST" she had ever had, citing numerous issues including roaches, water damage, and broken fixtures. She claimed that the property was "literally falling apart" and that the management failed to address her concerns. Adam Ochoa also reported finding roaches and structural problems, including water seepage during rainfall.
Life As Shaygne, on the other hand, had a positive experience, praising the staff and management, including property manager Pamela Leslie, for being helpful and nice.
Overall Experience
While Michelle Burnett liked her experience, the majority of reviewers had a negative experience with the apartment complex. Deisy Lopez and Adam Ochoa specifically warned others not to move in, citing numerous issues with maintenance, living conditions, and management.
