Down Rivers Nest Adult Day

At Downriver's Nest, we are dedicated to providing high-quality adult day health care services to individuals in need. Our program is designed to promote well-being through social and health-related services, offering a safe, supportive, and cheerful environment for our participants. We operate during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, in the heart of the downriver community in Taylor, MI.

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service in a reliable and person-centered fashion, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. We strive to provide adults with the opportunity to receive mental and social stimulation, while also giving caregivers a much-needed break to attend to their personal needs or simply rest and relax.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including individualized treatment plans, referrals to community services, and a full range of in-house services such as personal care, transportation, meal preparation, health screening, and educational programs. Our staff is comprised of qualified, well-trained professionals and volunteers who are dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Our activities are designed to cater to the diverse needs of our participants, including therapeutic arts and crafts, musical entertainment, mental stimulation games, gentle exercise, and personal pampering.
