Adult Training
The Edge Training System is specifically designed for committed individuals looking to train at the highest level, bringing out the most of their body's athletic potential. We use variations of load and fundamental movements to create a unique training experience for each individual. Our adult training program focuses on results, and we encourage you to start the process by signing up for an assessment.
Youth Training
Our High School Strength & Conditioning program is developed for young, serious athletes who want to improve their overall athletic performance. This program is designed to be safe, competitive, and fun, giving young athletes the ability to learn fundamental movements and improve their performance within their specific sport. Our experienced staff caters to the unique needs of each sport and the specific positions within the sport. We invite you to start the process and sign up for an assessment.
Performance Physical Therapy
The Edge Performance Therapy Program bridges the gap between rehab and performance. Our program offers results-driven services, provided exclusively by a dedicated professional, with individualized care that extends beyond your immediate goals. We focus on proper movement, strength training, and the increase in overall athleticism, while reducing the risk of injury. Our services include myofascial release (foam rolling), various forms of stretching, muscle activation, balance and stabilization, acceleration, and deceleration.
