At Meridian Counseling Center, we believe that it's okay to not be okay, just don't give up. Our mission is to promote positive support, strengthen existing abilities, and cultivate a partnership towards hope, joy, and overall wellness. We understand that life can be challenging, and we are here to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health services.

Our Services

Meridian Counseling Center offers a variety of evidence-based treatment options with a trauma-informed approach. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Our services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. We offer clinical supervision, internship opportunities, workshops, and tele-health services. Our staff is highly trained and experienced in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

In addition to traditional therapy services, we are proud to introduce our all-new Merch Store and Intensives. Our Merch Store offers a variety of merchandise that promotes mental health awareness and wellness. Our Intensives are specialized therapy sessions that focus on addressing specific mental health concerns in a condensed period.

At Meridian Counseling Center, we take a holistic approach to mental health treatment. We understand that each individual is unique and deserves a personalized treatment plan. Our trauma-informed approach ensures that we address any underlying trauma that may be contributing to mental health concerns. Our staff is composed of highly trained and experienced mental health professionals. We have licensed clinical social workers, psychologists, and certified trauma professionals on our team. Our staff is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients.

Meridian Counseling Center has multiple locations to choose from. Our Dade City location is at 38052 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, FL. 33525, and our Tampa location is at 13911 Carrollwood Village Run, Tampa, FL. 33618. We are proud to serve the greater Tampa Bay area.
