Founded by Elizabeth Skwiot, Ph. D., Cirque-It Fitness was born out of a passion for movement and a desire to bring the joy of circus training to a wider audience. With a background in Pilates, competitive fitness, and circus arts, Elizabeth set out to create a workout that was not only effective but also exciting and engaging. The result is a dynamic 45-minute class that combines circuit training, functional and core fitness, Pilates influence, variable intensity training, and circus arts into one unforgettable workout experience.

Meet Our Founder: Elizabeth Skwiot, Ph. D.

Elizabeth Skwiot is the founder and program creator of Cirque-It Fitness. A passionate fitness professional with a doctorate in Exercise Science, Elizabeth has dedicated her career to helping others discover the joy and benefits of movement. After falling in love with circus training at age 23, Elizabeth was inspired to create a workout experience that combined the thrill of circus arts with the science of biomechanics and functional fitness.

In addition to her work as a fitness trainer, Elizabeth has developed Cirque-It Fitness's Intellectual Property, including four training programs, and co-invented a patented adjustable trapeze. She has also coached and led seminars at numerous gyms and studios, including the Circus Center of San Francisco, and has served as an instructor for Wellbeats, a pioneer in digital fitness. Elizabeth's work in hybrid modalities blending circus arts and fitness has earned her recognition in local and national media.

Meet Our Creative Advisor: Dreya Weber

Dreya Weber is one of the world's premier aerial choreographers and a valued creative advisor for Cirque-It Fitness. With an impressive background in dance, athletics, acting, acrobatics, and choreography, Dreya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Her aerial choreography and design have been featured in arena tours, televised awards shows, and films. As the female face of P90X 1, 2 & 3 workouts, Dreya has helped shape the fitness landscape for millions of people around the world.

In addition to her work in entertainment, Dreya is also an accomplished pentathlete for the Mexican National Hurdling Team and an all-American gymnast at Hunter College. Her diverse background and passion for fitness make her an invaluable asset to the Cirque-It Fitness team.
