Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is built on the assumption that the early years of a child's life are crucial for developmental growth. We believe that the emotional, physical, and intellectual environments during a child's first 5 years have a significant impact on how their brain develops. At Bay Park Early Learning Center, we strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment that promotes development of the "whole child" - socially, emotionally, intellectually, creatively, and physically.

Our Programs

We offer a year-round program serving ages 3 months through Pre-K, with a curriculum that is designed to foster growth and creativity in each child. Our programs are based on the understanding that children pass through stages of development, and we believe that it is our responsibility to assist children in attaining their fullest potential by recognizing each stage of development and fashioning a curriculum that nurtures and facilitates growth during each stage.

Parent Involvement

Parent involvement is an integral part of our approach. Through daily communication and regular newsletters, we encourage parents to become actively involved in their child's program. We believe that parents play a vital role in their child's care and education, and we respect them as the primary and most important provider of care and nurturing.

Our goal at Bay Park Early Learning Center is to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, intellectual, creative, and physical growth in each child. We believe in the importance of self-esteem and strive to develop strong, positive relationships with each child. We rely on positive reinforcement, redirection, and problem-solving strategies to manage behavior and promote positive choices.

Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of experienced and passionate educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to our children. With a cumulative teaching experience of over 121 years, our staff is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters creativity and growth.
