Our History

Madison Furniture Inc. was founded in 1994 in a garage in Lake Oswego, Oregon. With the help of family members and friends, our founder, Robert Cohns, set out to use his 15 years of industry knowledge to build upholstered sofas and chairs primarily for the retail environment. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our product line to include custom-made furniture for the hospitality and senior living industries.
