Pilates Reformer/Split-Pedal Chair/Cadillac

Our private and semi-private training sessions utilize the Pilates Reformer, as well as the Cadillac and Split-Pedal Chair to promote total mind-body wellness through breathing, coordination, and proper muscle use. These equipment-based exercises help build core strength and flexibility through resistance-based movement.

Group Reformer

For those who prefer a more social and economical option, our Group Reformer sessions offer a fun and engaging way to experience the benefits of reformer exercise. Led by a certified instructor, our group sessions accommodate up to four participants and provide a unique workout experience.

Pilates Mat Exercises

Our Pilates Mat Exercises program offers a quick-paced and comprehensive workout that focuses on stretching and strengthening the major muscle groups. Using over 40 resistance exercises, each designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles, open joints, and relieve tension.

Jumpboard Interval

In this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, participants experience a dynamic workout that combines cardio and strength training in a 45-minute session. The class is designed to challenge and motivate participants, promoting fast-paced interval training.

Core

Our Core program offers an intensive hour-long workout that focuses on cutting-edge exercises designed to strengthen and stabilize the core muscles. Each class is different, with a focus on the entire muscle matrix.

Barre

Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, our Barre program combines postures and exercises that target the entire body. Using the barre as a prop, participants engage in isometric strength training and high-repetition exercises that promote flexibility and range of motion.

TRX

Our TRX program utilizes suspension training to create a total-body workout that engages the entire muscle matrix. This revolutionary method leverages body weight to provide a unique and efficient workout experience.

Foam Roller Class

Our Foam Roller Class offers a unique and effective way to release tension, relieve muscle soreness, and improve circulation. Using a foam roller, participants engage in exercises designed to roll out tight muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall relaxation.
