Pilates Plus Movement Studio is a fitness center that offers various programs to improve physical and mental well-being. Our primary programs consist of Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard, Zumba, TRX, Barre, The Shift, Core and Flexband, which blend time efficiency with muscle strengthening, improved endurance, and ease of flexibility. Our goals challenge clients to grow in focus, stability, rotation, power, and achieving stress management. We provide opportunities for cardiovascular and respiratory fitness and offer workshops and individual programs to support continued improvement. Our instructors are trained to decrease pain and increase mobility and function, and we strive to educate clients on techniques to support independent health.
