- *Pete Janson*: As the owner of A Better You Fitness & Wellness, Pete has spent over 25 years in the fitness industry, devoting himself full-time since 2008. His commitment and dedication to helping clients improve their lives through fitness are unparalleled.
- *Leslie Smith*: With a lifelong passion for gymnastics, Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a trainer. Her ability to analyze and teach movement and exercise skills makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
- *John Sisson*: John joined the A Better You team in 2021, following a successful career as a multi-sport athlete. His background in rugby and football allows him to bring a unique perspective and enthusiasm to his role as a trainer.
- *Lisa Janson*: A local to Harwich, Lisa earned her master's degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Her expertise in working with Parkinson's and other neuro-degenerative conditions makes her an integral part of our training team.
