Our Story
Founded in 2005, LobbyCentral is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company based in Columbus, Ohio. Our journey began with a problem we faced in the credit union industry. We observed that manual sign-in sheets and paper-based systems were inefficient and vulnerable to security breaches. Our founder, Jaime Fuhr, created the first iteration of what is now LobbyCentral to address this issue. Today, we serve a wide range of industries, including Government, Education, Retail, and Healthcare.

Our Team
Meet the core team that drives LobbyCentral:
- Jaime Fuhr, Founder and CEO, has over 30 years of experience in application programming and design. Jaime is an avid coin collector and enjoys spending time with his daughter, girlfriend, and the family poodle.
- Rachelle Tinsley, VP of Operations, has been with LobbyCentral since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience in operations and customer service. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and watching scary movies.
- Erin Gerardi, Sales and Support Lead, is our newest team member since 2021. With almost 30 years of experience in customer service, she brings enthusiasm and expertise to the office. Outside of work, she spoils her 4 cats and enjoys painting, crafting, and photography.
- Paula McCroskey, Billing Manager, has been with LobbyCentral since 2007 and is responsible for managing our financial operations. In her free time, she enjoys camping trips with her family and is an accomplished crafter.
