Our Story

Our team, led by owner and certified personal trainer Iokepa Bahilot, has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. With a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Iokepa has built a reputation for delivering personalized workout plans that get results. Iokepa is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Exercise Specialist, with additional certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (FMT) and Dotfit Certified Supplement Coach.
