Who is Sumi Singh?

Sumi's journey to empower women began with her own struggles. Inspired by her daughter's name, which translates to "Goddess of strength and confidence, " she became dedicated to helping women discover their own strength, both physically and mentally.

Her own fitness journey, filled with personal milestones and challenges, fueled her desire to guide others through their own unique paths. Sumi combines her expertise in personal training, nutrition, and motivation to create a supportive and empowering environment for her clients.
