Forza Fitness is a community dedicated to empowering you to live your strongest life. We believe in making the hard work of fitness easy, approachable, and sustainable for everyone. Our team of experienced and passionate trainers, led by owner Lorelle Cicitta, has been offering online training since 2013, and we have fully transitioned to an online platform to better serve our clients' needs in the current work-life balance.
At Forza Fitness, we provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and motivating environment for people of all fitness levels. When you join our Forza Fam, you become part of our family and surrounded by a strong community striving for your best together. Our mission is to create enjoyable and result-oriented experiences that support you on your health and fitness journey. Our Services
*Fitness Classes*
Our fitness classes are 30-60 minutes long, and they are perfect for all fitness levels. You can join LIVE from the comfort of your home or wherever you want, and you'll have full access to recordings so you never miss a workout. We offer a variety of classes, including circuit, bodyweight, yoga, cardio, and high-intensity interval training, to maximize your results and prevent boredom. Get direction, inspiration, motivation, nutrition coaching, mindset training, and personal accountability with our fitness class membership.
*Group Training*
Our group training is highly individualized strength training, and it's customizable based on your needs. In a small group of no more than six people, you'll receive support, accountability, and guidance from our trainers. Our focus is on pain-free performance and six foundational movement patterns, emphasizing quality execution. This option meets 2-3 times per week, maximizing your results in minimal time. Strength is the king physical characteristic for health and longevity!
*Private Training*
Our private training offers a tailor-made program designed just for you. With full attention from your trainer during each session, you'll experience the greatest scheduling flexibility and guidance on exercise, nutrition, recovery, sleep, mindset, and more! Our private training is the best fit for you if you're injured or disabled, struggle with using technology, or have very specific goals (e.g., a fitness competition).

Lorelle is more than a college body-building champion; she is your personal champion. With over 15 years of experience, Lorelle leads the passionate team of trainers at Forza Fitness. Her motto is, "Move every day. Make water your best friend. Eat good food."
