Our Team

At Peak Performance Fitness, our staff includes seven exercise physiologists with nationally recognized certifications, including Health Fitness Specialist, Resistance Training Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and more. Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and includes:

  • Paul Di Lauro, Fitness Director, with over 20 years of experience and certifications from ACSM and NSCA.
  • Corynne Pereira, Exercise Physiologist, with certifications from NSCA and a master's degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University.
