Infrared Sauna Therapy

Our infrared sauna is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a safe and effective way to detoxify, relax, and rejuvenate your body. Our sauna packages include 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions, and can be purchased in packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions.

Gift Cards

We also offer gift cards, which can be purchased in any amount and used for any service or product at our studio. Gift cards make a thoughtful and meaningful way to share the benefits of wellness and fitness with loved ones.
