Small Group Classes

Led by our experienced trainers, these sessions focus on interval training, core strength, cardio challenges, and more. Our small group classes offer a unique opportunity for members to connect with like-minded individuals who share similar goals and aspirations.

Youth Training (SAQ)

Our youth training program, SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness), is designed specifically for individuals aged 10-18 years old. Our experienced trainers work closely with young athletes to identify their strengths and weaknesses, developing personalized training plans that focus on improving their overall athleticism, coordination, and performance.
