Group-Based CrossFit

Our certified strength and conditioning coaches will guide you through a warm-up, provide movement instruction, and demonstrate the workout of the day. During your workout, your coach will supervise and correct any movements you perform, ensuring you're doing them safely and effectively. This group-based CrossFit program allows you to be part of a community of like-minded individuals who motivate and lift each other up.

One-on-One Personal Training

If you prefer a more personalized approach, our one-on-one personal training sessions are designed with your specific goals in mind. These 30-minute or 60-minute sessions will help you build new habits around fitness, nutrition, and recovery, keeping it fun and engaging while achieving your goals.

Habit Shifting Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition coaching focuses on creating real change through education and world-class coaching. We believe in focusing on healthy habits rather than dieting and limiting yourself. With our proven, personalized plan, you'll learn how to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will benefit you in the long run.

Group-Based Bootcamp

Getting Started

Getting started at Wisco Fitness Solutions is easy. Simply schedule your first visit to talk with a coach about your goals and learn how we can help you achieve them. After that, you'll begin your training with one-on-one fundamentals of training sessions, teaching you sound habits to pave your path to success. Once you have the basics down, you'll easily book classes on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people, and reach your goals in no time.
