Residential Division

Frank DiFlumeri, SRA, heads our residential division. As a certified residential appraiser, Frank has over 15 years of experience appraising residential real estate. He is FHA approved and holds licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Frank is also "ERC Appraisal Trained, " providing expert knowledge in relocation appraisals. His extensive experience and certifications make him a valuable asset to our residential division.

Commercial Division

Philip Fortuna, SRA, leads our commercial division. With over 20 years of experience, Phil is a certified general appraiser currently holding licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is multi-faceted within the appraisal industry as an appraiser, educator, and expert witness. Phil is currently serving on the board of directors of The Philadelphia Metro Chapter of The Appraisal Institute.
