At AMI Health & Fitness, we firmly believe that there is nothing impossible to him who will try, and we are here to help you achieve your fitness goals. We are proud to be Anna Maria Island's only full-service fitness facility, boasting a spacious 4700 SqFt open gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a friendly, efficient atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with free weights, cardio machines, strength training equipment, cross-training equipment, and more, ensuring that you have everything you need to get fit and stay healthy.

Our Services

At AMI Health & Fitness, we offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of our diverse membership. We are proud to be Anna Maria Island's only Silver Sneaker and Optum Renew Active provider, and we offer daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual memberships. Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we provide 24-hour key card access to all of our members.

• Lifefitness and Precore cardio machines

• Concept 2 Type D Rowers, Erg Bike, and Skier
• Lifefitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, and Nautilus strength training machines

• Power rack/benches and Smith machine
• Kettlebells and plyo boxes
• Battle ropes and TRX
• Stability balls, resistance bands, and Bosu
• Yoga mats and blocks

We take the cleanliness and safety of our facility seriously, and we have implemented strict COVID-19 sanitation protocols since reopening in May 2020. Our staff disinfects the gym hourly, and we fog the facility with disinfectant after peak hours and in the evening. We require all members to use hand sanitizer upon entering the gym, and we provide sanitizer spray bottles for members to use on all equipment before and after use.
