Founded in 1978, Foundation Design, P.C. is a professional corporation located in Rochester, New York. With a legacy of over 40 years, our team has been dedicated to providing innovative and effective geotechnical consulting services to our clients. Our company was founded by John Harnly, P.E., and has since been led by James Baker, P.E., and Jeffrey Netzband, P.E. Together, our team has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of geotechnical engineering.
