Your roofing needs met with quality and integrity!

Founded in 1897, the Rochester Engineering Society (RES) is a multi-disciplinary society that unites diverse disciplines to enhance professional development, foster excitement in math and science for the next generation of leaders, and improve communities where members live. The RES is recognized as the principal leader committed to increasing the visibility of the greater Rochester area engineering and technical community, serving as a unifying organization for local engineering businesses and associations.

Our Mission

The RES provides many opportunities to learn, to build relationships, and to contribute to the community. We encourage and recognize innovation, cooperation, professional growth, and fellowship, in all levels of development, from student to seasoned engineers, scientists, and allied professionals. Our monthly publication, the Rochester Engineer, disseminates what the RES and our affiliates have planned for their members. Please be sure to check it out and attend a meeting or program for networking!

Services

We offer a range of services including publishing the Rochester Engineer, a monthly publication that highlights upcoming events and achievements within the engineering community. We also provide a calendar for all Affiliate and Rochester Engineering Events, Professional Awards, and Scholarships. Additionally, we organize Continuing Education programs, including online courses and in-person seminars, as well as Community Outreach and Volunteering initiatives such as the Tutoring Program, STEM Bridges, E3 Fair, and Explorer Post #801.
