For over half a century, Carbone's Pizzeria has been serving up delicious pies to families and friends across Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and Billings, MT. Our story began in 1954, when Alfonso and Antoinette (Nana) Carbone stepped off the boat from Italy and opened a small Italian grocery shop in St. Paul's east side. Little did they know that their small shop would grow into a beloved institution.
