At RISE, we are dedicated to providing a premier training facility for individuals of all fitness levels. Our state-of-the-art 32,000 sq foot facility is packed with a vast array of equipment, including cardio machines, plate-loaded machines, free weight areas, and functional training tools. Our experienced staff is always available to assist and provide guidance to ensure a safe and effective workout.
Our Facilities
Our facility is equipped with a large, open gym area featuring traditional weightlifting equipment, cardio machines, and functional training tools. We also have a specially designed parkour area, a climbing wall, a bouldering wall, and a hydrotherapy area. Additionally, we have a hot yoga studio, cycling room, and group fitness studio Available services include personal training, group fitness classes, and specialized programs for individuals with Parkinson's disease.

- Taylor Gordy, Sales Manager: With a degree in exercise science, Taylor has a passion for traditional weightlifting and cardio exercises.
- Tyrice Nock, Club Manager: Tyrice is a sociology major from Arizona State University and has a passion for lifts that target his core.
- Cathleen Lutz, ISSA Master Trainer & Precision Nutritionist: With a background in rehabilitation, Cathleen helps members gain muscle, retain movement, and achieve their goals.
- Joey O'Connell, ISSA Certified Master Trainer: With a background in physical therapy, Joey has a passion for building strength and improving overall physique.
- Kelley Harp, Master Trainer: With over 13 years of experience, Kelley specializes in creating personalized workout plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
