Our team is led by a seasoned personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's in Exercise and Wellness. Our approach is centered on evidenced-based nutrition, intelligent conversation, and a focus on weight training, nutrition, and wellness. We specialize in one-on-one weight training, sports performance, and endurance training, with a particular emphasis on working with clients over 40.
