Our Trainers
*Derek Welles, Owner & Trainer*: Derek is a Kansas native who has been involved in sports from a young age. He received his Associate's degree at Barton County Community College, where he was an athletic trainer. He continued his education at Fort Hays State University, obtaining a Bachelor's in Physical Education with an emphasis in Health Promotion & Wellness. Derek became a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA in 1999 and is also a Certified Program Designer through NSPA. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life.
*Liz Walker, Trainer*: Liz is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach who became passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals after her own transformation and weight loss. She believes that movement is essential and enjoys dancing at home and bicycling around the KC metro. Liz will use her personal experiences and other client successes to help anyone, at any level, on their journey to becoming well and fit. She'll even share her favorite playlist with you during your workout!
