We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to caregivers, with a focus on the needs of the "Sandwich Generation" - those of us who are caught between caring for our aging parents and facing our own long-term care needs. Our mission is to offer a safe and nurturing environment where caregivers can share their experiences, seek support, and recharge their own batteries.

Caregiver Support Groups

Our caregiver support groups provide a safe and confidential space for caregivers to share their experiences, receive support, and connect with others who understand the challenges they face. Our groups are facilitated by trained professionals who provide guidance, support, and resources.

Respite Care

We understand that caregiving can be emotionally and physically exhausting. That's why we offer respite care programs, designed to give caregivers a break from their duties, allowing them to recharge and recharge.

Health and Wellness

We believe that physical and mental well-being are essential for caregivers. We offer resources and support to help caregivers maintain their own health and wellness, whether it's through exercise programs, nutrition counseling, or stress management techniques.

Financial and Legal Assistance

Our Story

Our organization was founded by Jean Kirkley, a caregiver herself, who understands the challenges of caregiving firsthand. We are committed to providing a supportive community where caregivers can find relief, resources, and renewal.
