Our Team
Our team is led by President and Owner Dan Gaddis, who founded Fleet Heating and Air in 1998. Dan is a board member of the Boys and Girls Club and is committed to community involvement. Our Vice President, Bill Fisher, started with Fleet in 1999 and is a Qualified Employee. Our New Construction Manager, Hugo Gonzales, has been with Fleet since 1998 and has worked in various positions. Our Commercial Construction Manager, Bobby Heeb, started with Fleet in 1998 and has managed thousands of projects. Our Office Manager, Reggie Maaka, is responsible for all aspects of the office and is our Safety Officer. Russ Johnson, our Commercial Field Manager, oversees all of our large commercial projects and specializes in critical environment installations.
