Our team is led by President & Chief Executive Officer, Steven Franceschina, who has nearly 30 years of progressive experience in finding creative solutions for redevelopment and repositioning of value-add real estate. He has been actively involved in managing more than 20 million SF of commercial office space across all the major markets in the US. His success is attributed to his ability to plan and execute strategies finding value through the renovation and rebranding of assets.

Additionally, our team includes Zeb Bradford, our Chief Investment Officer, who manages the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments. His extensive experience in the real estate industry has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of real estate investments.
