Our History

HAL Holding N.V.'s roots date back to 1873, when the Nederlandsch-Amerikaansche Stoomvaart-Maatschappij (N.A.S.M.) was founded in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Over the years, the Company has evolved, and in 1993, HAL Real Estate Inc. was formed as the Seattle-based real estate subsidiary of HAL Holding N.V. Today, we're a leading real estate investor in the Pacific Northwest, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
