About Sandy Hartwell

Hi, I'm Sandy! I founded HeartWell Fitness in 2004 as a personal trainer, and since then, I've dedicated my life to helping women overcome their obsession with food and exercise. I've created the Happiness Solution for Bodies program, a 6-month transformational journey that helps women improve their strength, get lean, increase their energy, and decrease their stress levels.
