Over the years, he has evolved into a passionate advocate for health and fitness, studying kinesiology in college and obtaining his Master's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. His studies and experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to provide personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs and goals.

Kyle has a diverse background in various fitness disciplines, including football, outdoor rock climbing, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Crossfit. He is passionate about multi-joint and single-joint exercises and their effects on muscle thickness and performance, as well as the importance of quality nutrition for optimal health and results.

Kyle's approach to fitness is centered around finding joy in the journey and empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellness. He understands that fitness is a personal journey and believes in the importance of community and motivation in achieving consistency and success.
