Meet Our Trainer
Our founder and trainer, Michael Echevarria, has been involved in the fitness arena for over 30 years. With a background in powerlifting and bodybuilding, Michael understands the importance of a balanced and tailored approach to fitness. As a certified personal trainer and a specialist in fitness for older adults, Michael has trained clients ranging from 18 to 89 years old. His passion lies in empowering individuals with the truth about physical fitness and helping them achieve their goals.

Registration and Locations
Ready to start your fitness journey with us? We offer free sessions for new clients, allowing you to experience our unique approach to fitness firsthand. Our boot camp sessions are held at Living Hope Church, located at 4500 Dike Rd, Winter Park, FL, 32792. We offer sessions every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:00 am, 5:30 pm, and 6:15 pm, as well as Saturday at 7:00 am.
