At Mighty Girls Fitness, we are dedicated to providing women of all ages with the tools and support they need to live their best and healthiest lives. Our mission is to empower females, ages 8 through 55+, through group training, individual training, and running programs, encouraging them to adopt a healthier lifestyle and build strength and endurance.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of women at different stages of their fitness journey. Our Group Training programs are designed for groups of 3 to 5 individuals, providing specialized training to build strength and endurance, hold accountability, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Our Individual Training sessions are tailored to each client's needs, whether you're new to working out or looking for more encouragement and support. Our individual training sessions include building and maintaining muscle strength, bursts of cardio movements, improving mobility, and working on targeted areas that need improvement.
Our Running Program, led by certified run coach Kaci Line, is designed for women who are new to running or getting back into it. Each program includes training and races accompanied by a certified run coach. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, our running programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and stay healthy.
