At Pilates to Move, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve a healthier, stronger, and more balanced physique. Our studio offers a unique approach to exercise, blending Pilates, Pilates-based integrative movement, stretching, foam rolling, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) to guide clients through focused movement sessions that address their specific health and fitness goals.

Our Approach

Our expertly trained instructors, led by owner and certified Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) teacher, Beth Bilal, use a combination of Pilates technique, stretching, foam rolling, and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) to help clients build strength, create and maintain healthy movement patterns, prevent injury, support and inform daily movement, and create a sense of well-being. Our comprehensive approach is designed to address the diverse needs of our clients, whether seeking to alleviate chronic pain, improve flexibility, or boost overall fitness.

Services Offered

At Pilates to Move, we offer a range of services to cater to our clients' unique needs and goals. These services include:

  • Private Sessions: One-on-one sessions tailored to address specific health and fitness goals, with an emphasis on postural alignment.
  • Small Group Classes: Reformer classes offering a whole-body workout with an emphasis on postural alignment, with only four Reformers providing personal attention.
  • Duet Sessions: Sessions for two clients to work together on their specific health and wellness goals using Pilates and Pilates-based movement technique.

Meet Our Instructor

Beth Bilal, our studio owner and lead instructor, is a certified Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) teacher and Buff Bones Instructor. With a background in corporate communications and a collegiate athlete, Beth brings a unique perspective to her instruction. Her extensive training in Pilates and movement therapy has equipped her to address the diverse needs of our clients, ensuring a personalized and effective approach to each client's health and fitness goals.
