Instructor Bios
Our instructors are certified in the Pilates method and have extensive training in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness. Our instructors are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
Gretchen Turzo
Gretchen is co-owner of Novato Pilates and is an ITT certified Master Pilates instructor. She has extensive training in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness. Gretchen has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for each client.
Rose Thomas
Rose is co-owner of Novato Pilates and is an ITT certified Master Trainer. She has extensive training in scoliosis and has worked with clients with this condition for many years. Rose has also trained with Jean-Claude West, Eric Franklin, and Elizabeth Larkam, and has extensive experience working with clients who have had surgery.
Lydia Wirth
Lydia has over 30 years of teaching experience and has trained with some of the top instructors in the field. She is certified in Pilates and has extensive training in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness.
Janie Miklaunus
Janie is PMA-CPT certified and has extensive training in Pilates. She has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels and is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for each client.
