Our Founder & Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Margaret Lanning
Mary Margaret's journey to becoming a certified personal trainer stemmed from her deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. After working for 15 years as a back office nurse in a cardiologist office, she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of proper nutrition and exercise on patients' overall well-being. This experience, coupled with her own lifelong commitment to fitness, led her to pursue a career as a certified personal trainer.
