Health & Fitness Services
When you become a member of Tryon Health & Fitness Club, you gain unlimited access to our scheduled classes and training equipment. Our team is dedicated to helping you feel comfortable and confident in using our equipment, and we offer customized strength training programs to get you started. We also offer additional services such as relaxing foot spas and personalized pilates sessions to help you reach your fitness goals.
Body Sculpting
If you're looking to tone up your body and add some muscle to your frame, our gym offers Body Sculpting classes included in your membership. Our certified personal trainers are also available to help you sculpt your body from head to toe. No matter what your fitness level, we have options available to help you build muscle and feel confident in your body.
Fitness Classes
Our fitness classes are designed to meet all your needs, from stretching and toning to high-intensity dance parties. We offer a variety of classes to help you move your body, build muscle, relax your mind, and feel better overall. Our class schedule is updated regularly, so be sure to check back frequently for new additions.
Personal Training
If you need support and motivation from a professional trainer during your workouts, our personal trainers are here to help. We offer personal training sessions in a variety of formats, including Yoga, Body Sculpting, Pilates, MMA, TRX, Cardio, and weight lifting. Our trainers are dedicated to helping you meet your training goals, whether you prefer individual, couple, or group sessions.
Pilates Training
We offer two types of Pilates training at Tryon Health & Fitness Club: Stott Pilates and The Pilates Method. Stott Pilates focuses on maintaining a neutral spine and improving mobility through full range of body motions. It's low-impact and offered as a personal training session with a certified pilates professional guiding you every step of the way. The Pilates Method focuses on whole-body-movement and is taught as a class by a certified chiropractor. It's included as part of our monthly membership.
TRX Personal Training
TRX is a full-body suspension training system that improves mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. It's based around seven basic movements and offered as part of our personal training sessions. TRX can be booked for up to two people per session, making it a great option for couples or friends looking to train together.
Detoxifying Foot Spa
Book a relaxing ionic foot spa to help boost your body's detox abilities. An alkaline body is crucial to a person's health, and our foot spas can help facilitate the detox process. We recommend avoiding acidic foods after a treatment to help better facilitate the detox process.
Cardio Sculpt
Get your heart pumping, burn fat, and sculpt your body at the same time with Cardio Sculpt. This class focuses on toning and sculpting the body from head to toe using bands, tubes, steps, mats, and weights. It's a fun and challenging (but beginner-friendly) class offered as a group class included in your membership and as a personal training session.
