Who We Are

Jellybean, a leading early childhood education center, was established in 1999 with the primary objective of creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Our mission is to listen to each child's unique needs, provide them with love and acceptance, and help them build a strong foundation for their future. We are proud to have created a space where children can develop a sense of confidence, ignite a passion for learning, and foster an adventurous spirit.

Our Staff

At Jellybean, we believe that our dedicated and loving staff is the backbone of our success. Our team members are carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience, and, most importantly, their genuine love for working with children. All of our teachers are certified in CPR and first aid, and our lead teachers hold degrees in Early Childhood Education. We invite you to meet our staff and learn more about the teachers who care for and teach your children daily.

Classrooms

Our classrooms are designed to encourage child-centered learning and individually directed activities. We incorporate a mixture of Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio-Emilia, and Creative Curriculum styles to create a well-rounded learning experience tailored to each child's unique interests and learning style. Our director and owner, Ms. Jenn, has always been passionate about creating a space where kindness, happiness, and individualization thrive, setting the stage for a successful learning environment.

Our Approach

At Jellybean, we prioritize the development of strong relationships between teachers and children. Our teachers work closely with the children, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere that supports each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. We believe that by allowing children to make their own choices, they learn to understand natural consequences and develop a sense of independence that prepares them for a lifetime of learning.

Jellybean was established in 1999 by Ms. Jenn, who started her journey in early childhood education by caring for 12 children in her home. She has since grown Jellybean into a thriving center that accommodates 54 children, their families, and 12 dedicated teachers. Along the way, she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education and became nationally accredited. Ms. Jenn's husband, an all-around handy man, supported her dream of opening a center, and they are now proud parents of two beautiful children, including Kaitlyn Roe.
