Our services include personal training, strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling, and fitness coaching. Our training programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, whether they are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply feel better about themselves. We also offer specialized programs for post-op/physical therapy, special needs, and elite/Olympic level athletes.
About Our Founder
Our founder, Matthew Alegre, is a certified health and fitness instructor with over 20 years of hands-on experience helping others achieve their full genetic potential. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport College in upstate NY and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Matthew has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from post-op/physical therapy to elite/Olympic level athletes, and has a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
