Our journey began with a simple boot camp program held in a local park. Over time, we grew and expanded, eventually opening our first gym. As we continued to grow, we decided to become an official CrossFit facility. This change sparked a fire that ignited a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Aida Linhares is our Co-Owner, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Head Programmer. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment that encourages our members to push themselves and strive for progress.
Peter Linhares is our Co-Owner and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. He is passionate about helping individuals of all levels achieve their fitness goals and believes in the power of CrossFit methodology.
Facility
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our members. We have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, from barbells and kettlebells to rowing machines and pull-up bars. Our facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, providing the perfect environment for our members to focus on their fitness journey.

CrossFit
CrossFit methodology is based on high-intensity functional movements such as weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing. Our CrossFit classes are scalable for everyone, from beginners to high-level athletes. With constantly varied routines, you will work out at your own pace and strive for progress, not perfection.
Open Gym
Our Open Gym program allows members to work out at their own pace and focus on specific areas of improvement. Whether you're looking to perfect your form or focus on a specific movement, our Open Gym program provides the perfect environment to do so.
Kid Fit
Our Kid Fit program is designed for children aged 5-12 and focuses on teaching them the fundamentals of fitness in a fun and engaging way. Our coaches are dedicated to helping children develop healthy habits and a love for fitness that will last a lifetime.
Foundations
Our Foundations program will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Foundations will prepare you for our group classes as a part of the training programs and workout of the day, so don't worry, we got you!
Personal Training
CrossFit LPF's expert coaches will work one-on-one to give you a good strength and conditioning program. We know that staying active, by following our CrossFit workout program, is important for your health. Our personal training packages are available as a stand-alone option or an add-on to our group memberships.
